Builds over $4,000 are split into three milestones: 40% on scope sign-off, 40% at staging review, 20% on launch.
Fixed-price builds (inc. GST)
- Starter — $1,999 — WordPress, up to 5 pages. (Typical Melbourne agency: $2,500–$3,500.)
- Business — $4,999 — WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify. (Typical Melbourne: $5,000–$8,000.)
- Premium — $9,999 — larger or custom builds. (Typical Melbourne: $10,000–$20,000.)
